RETURN & REFUND Policy

At BABYVA, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of personal care products, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The product received is incorrect.
The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.

Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify BABYVA within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

Order Number
Product Photos
Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing may take 7–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

Eligible products may be replaced subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
